What You Can Do with the App:
- Online Booking: Book, change, and cancel appointments 24/7.
- Automatic Reminders: Never miss a session with automatic reminders.
- Review Past Sessions: Check the details of your previous workouts.
- Manage Weight and Body Composition: Track your progress with easy-to-read graphs.
- Lesson Reviews: Provide feedback to your trainers and request specific workouts.
- Daily Life Recording: Easily manage your diet and weight.
- Point Tracking: Earn points for friend referrals and lesson reviews.
- Friend Referrals: Use your personal referral code to invite friends.
How to Book:
- Tap the “Booking” icon in the center at the bottom of the app screen.
- Press the green “New Booking” button.
- Display the calendar of the trainer you want to book with and select an available slot.
- Switch to view all calendars at once if needed.
Daily Life Recording:
- Lesson Records and Reviews: Check what training you did and leave feedback for your trainers.
- Weight and Diet Management: Easily manage your diet and see your progress in graphs to stay motivated.
