Supplementation needs will depend on your individual diet and goals. If needed, our trainers will recommend appropriate supplements.

At our gym, you will purchase a session ticket for each course (https://wolflairginza.net/pricing/). This includes all training sessions, dietary guidance and management, rental clothes and shoes, use of WOLF’S LAIR’s original AI app, body composition measurement, body shape image analysis, and post-session protein service.

The expiration dates for each ticket plan are as follows

16-ticket plan: 4 months validity

24-ticket plan: 6 months validity

32-ticket plan: expires in 8 months

48-ticket plan: expires in 12 months
